Mark Linsenbardt has been a professional speaker for over twenty-five years, an internationally published author, and an educational speaker who has delivered personal growth training for decades. His fast-paced, often funny delivery style captivates an audience within the first few minutes and has a way of creating moments of real insight, the kind that follow people out of the room and keep working on them well after the talk ends.
For over a decade, Mark has partnered with Reset to bring lectures, workshops, and weekend camps directly to specialty court populations, meeting people where they are and giving them something they can use once they walk back out into their own lives.
His most recent work turns that same gift for making hard truths click toward families. He's the author of The Teen Trap: Why Everything Turns Into an Argument With Your Teen, and the broader Neurons and Narratives series, which includes a Parent Edition, a Teen Edition, and a Family Workbook, along with Contracts Not Conflict and The Friend Effect, a growing library built to help parents and teenagers understand what's happening between them before anyone tries to fix it.
Mark is also the Chief Officer of Product Development for Sapient America, a company that produces educational discussion cards, workbooks, games, and other tools serving the parenting, addiction and recovery, and mental health communities.
Jeffrey Bernard Grew up in a small town in Iowa, Where he learned that Integrity and hard work are the key components to ones future. He attended Northeast Missouri State University before moving to Las Vegas over 30 years ago. Jeffrey was the Vice-President of the Westward Ho Casino for 25 years and is now the owner of Bernard & Assoc. Consulting, as well as the founder and owner of Reset Your Life. It is his personal passion to partner our programs with community organizations and family's who recognize the need for our youth to take a leadership role in their lives, and in our community. Jeffrey is the driving force behind the Reset program and has been helping to change the lives of Las Vegas families for more than 15 years.
Mario Maldonado received his Certification in Fire and Life Safety from Pennsylvania State University and has worked in the industry for over 20 years. During that time Mario has been affiliated with Big Brothers as a mentor to the same "Little" for 9 years. He has also been involved with the Boy Scouts of America in a leadership role and has over 20 years experience as a teen leadership facilitator. Mario is an ACCT certified ropes facilitator, with infectious humor and energy he is simply one of the most engaging presenters you will ever encounter.
Patrick Bentley earned his BS degree in Parks and Recreation, and an MS in Instructional Design from Utah State University. He was the former Commander of the Cache Country Sheriff’s Search & Rescue Team and today is the High Angle Team Lead and certified Public Safety Diver and a member National Search & Rescue (NASAR). Patrick is a certified Utah Hunter Education Instructor and member of the NRA. His qualifications to be our Safety Instructor include: Current Coordinator and Lead Facilitator for the USU Ropes Course, certified by the American Heart Association and American Red Cross in 1st aid-CPR-AED, member of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT). Patrick served in the US Marine Corps.
Tiffani Izzo has been working in the mental health field for fifteen years, and has been facilitating groups and training seminars for 10 of those years. Her clinical background and educational studies provide her with a unique ability to see various perspectives in the family unit and workplace. Tiffani has experience working with people of all ages but her passion is working with youth and helping them to realize and achieve their goals. She currently has a Masters in industrial and organizational psychology, and plans to continue her studies in leadership development. Tiffani is the HR Director for www.cure4thekids.org foundation which is dedicated to finding a cure for childhood cancers and rare diseases.
