                                              Agency Referral Procedures:

Once Reset receives a completed Referral Form, a text will be sent to the Parent/Guardian approximately

two weeks prior to their scheduled Reset Program containing program details, location and times.

​

Then, the week of the program a follow-up  message will be sent to re-confirm their Commitment to the program

and to reiterate program location, times, and details.

 

At the conclusion of the day, all attendees that successfully completed the

Reset Program will receive a Certificate of Completion to prove their attendance.
